Switching your home line rental and associated features to Compass means you can have your line rental, tolls and Internet on just one bill.

Your existing line rental price package will switch to Compass, along with your line and any Smart Line features, such as Telecom’s voicemail service*.  Once your line has been switched, you can rely on Compass Customer Care to deal with any issues.  We know you’ll appreciate the difference in the service you'll receive.

*If your existing price package cannot be switched, we will endeavor to advise you prior to switching.

What does it cost?

For a standard home line, your monthly line rental is the same as you would pay through Telecom:

You may have seen recently that Telecom announced a price increase for home and some associated services effective 1st May 2008. As Compass resells Telecom lines, this price increase will also apply for Compass customers from 1st May.

If your plan is not included in the table below you may have an older home phone plan; the price change for these plans varies by about $0.70 to $3.00. Note that 60s+ and Budget home phone plans are not affected at this time.
